About the Role

As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.

Your Impact Starts Here

  • Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions: Address issues and service requests that relates to all workstations, servers, networks, devices, software, and general administration tasks

  • System Monitoring: Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

  • Documentation and knowledge sharing

  • Communication with customers

Ideal Technical Profile

  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role.

  • Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, AutoTask/ConnectWise, Fortinet Firewalls, and Windows Server Administration.

  • Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.

  • Excellent written and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Amenable to work on site: MDC, Eastwood Quezon City - Day
