L3 IT Support Engineer Core:

Systems & Network Management

• Maintain and secure network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, and switches

• Configure routing protocols, perform firmware upgrades, and ensure network reliability

• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues

Server & Virtualization

• Deploy, migrate, and maintain systems with regular patch management

• Manage Windows Servers (2012–2019): AD, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange/O365

• Administer virtual environments using VMware and Hyper-V

• Oversee backup systems and storage solutions

Service Excellence & Optimization

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams

• Recommend system and process improvements to enhance service quality and client satisfaction

Ideal Technical Profile

• At least 5 years in a senior with advanced technical expertise

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Flexible and eager to learn new technologies

• Excellent communication skills in English

• MSP background experience (preferred)

• Willing to work on-site at EASTWOOD!
