As an IT Support Engineer, work with our MSP Partners:
As a Level 1 IT Support Engineer, you’ll serve as the front-line support for our MSP partners and their clients—resolving basic technical issues and escalating more complex concerns to higher-level engineers.
Ideal Technical Profile
2+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer
2+ years of experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
Familiarity with Active Directory (password resets, user account creation, group management)
Knowledge of basic networking (WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls)
Hands-on with PC setup, repairs, and migrations
Experience with ticketing systems
Great verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work onsite in BGC (Day Shift!)
Your Daily Tasks:
Provide first-level IT support via ticketing systems and remote tools
Communicate effectively with clients regarding incident status and resolutions
Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft applications, Windows OS, hardware, and network connectivity
Assist with VPN and remote access support
Monitor system alerts and respond accordingly
Route service requests and escalate as needed
Maintain proper documentation and complete timesheets accurately
