Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in lead generation and appointment setting
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative.
Familiarity with VoIP technologies and comfortable using them for daily communications.
Exceptional communication skills with a native English accent, capable of engaging and persuading various stakeholders.
Experience managing high volumes of outbound calls and successfully navigating to reach key decision-makers.
High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Willing to work onsite in BGC / Cebu (Day Shift!)

Sales Development & Client Engagement
Generate, qualify, and manage leads through research, outreach, and cold calling
Engage prospects with clear, persuasive, and professional communication, handling objections effectively
Manage multiple sales activities in a fast-paced environment and identify growth opportunities within freight forwarding and logistics
Sales Administration & Systems Management
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and client information using the Call Tracker, Outlook, and internal systems
Manage and update the Sales Quote Register regularly
Compliance, Safety & Internal Controls
Exercise due diligence in all safety-related matters, adhering to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines and Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements
Take proactive steps to minimize risks and injuries
Ensure adherence to company policies, standard processes, and internal control requirements, reporting deviations as needed
