ROLE OVERVIEW

As a senior team member, you’ll support the Centralized Services Engineer by handling routine tasks that require manual intervention or cannot be automated.

Your Impact Starts Here

  • Perform routine maintenance on monitoring and security tools.

  • Review alerts proactively and remediate issues as needed.

  • Monitor backup jobs and address warnings or failures.

  • Ensure successful OS and third-party patch management; remediate failures when necessary.

  • Maintain backup configurations for networking devices and keep firmware up to date.

  • Support other centralized services activities as directed by the CSE.

  • Provide backup assistance to the Reactive Support team as needed.

  • Manage and resolve incidents and tickets within SLA guidelines.

  • Stay up to date on the latest IT and cybersecurity technologies and trends.

Ideal Technical Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator with strong technical expertise.

  • Proficient in troubleshooting IT issues across hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.

  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

  • Knowledge of productivity tools, business applications, and cloud services.

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and supporting technologies.

  • Understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols, and network troubleshooting tools.

  • Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (English).

  • Flexible and enthusiastic about learning and handling new technologies.

  • Willingness to work shifting schedules.

  • Open to work at any TGT site (BGC, Eastwood, Alabang).
