Your Profile in Customer Service
At least 2-3 years of experience in presales and sales for IT products
Technical expertise with latest computer hardware and components
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Proven excellence in phone and customer service manner and skills.
Your Human Touch
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and communicate professionally.
Demonstrates integrity, honesty, flexibility, and a positive attitude, even under pressure.
Excellent time, task, and detail management; results-oriented and reliable with minimal supervision.
Team-oriented, adaptable, and maintains a neat, professional appearance.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS
Customer support
Serve as the first point of contact for all aftersales concerns, including basic troubleshooting, Level 1 support, warranty applications, and delivery follow-ups.
Assess and approve RA requests or escalate complex warranty cases as needed.
Provide support across multiple channels (Phone, Zendesk, Email, Backend, Live Chat) and for all business segments (Retail, Delivery, Commercial, Marketplace).
Ensure clear, timely communication while maintaining empathy and professionalism at all times.
Internal Communication
Coordinate with presales teams (SSO, Commercial, Retail) to gather needed information and escalate concerns when necessary.
Work closely with the warranty team to ensure timely resolution of customer warranty issues and deliver a high level of satisfaction.
Join weekly/monthly aftersales meetings to review performance, progress, and department plans.
Attend aftersales, customer service, technical, and vendor training sessions, including those held outside regular business hours.
