We're looking for YOU!

  • 2+ years of HR employee engagement experience in a BPO setting

  • Creative and innovative in designing employee experiences and events

  • People-focused, results-driven, and passionate about workplace culture

  • Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects

  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong relationship-building skills across all levels

  • Can work independently or as part of a team

  • Willing to work on-site, Dayshift, in our BGC/Eastwood office

Employee Engagement Core:

  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies that foster a positive and innovative culture

  • Plan and manage employee events and meetings

  • Drive culture programs and volunteer initiatives

  • Work with all departments to deliver meaningful employee experiences

  • Create standard processes, track results, and identify improvement areas for future activities

  • Use internal and external data to provide insights and analysis

  • Build trust with stakeholders by understanding business challenges and collaborating on solutions
