Training Delivery & Development
Deliver technical and professional skills training to offshore and onshore staff.
Conduct sessions via live classes, virtual classrooms, workshops, and video-on-demand modules.
Design and produce training materials such as manuals, job aids, videos, and onboarding documents.
Maintain strict version control to keep all training resources current and accurate.
Training Needs Analysis & Collaboration
Collaborate with the Training Manager/Lead, Operations, and Client to identify knowledge gaps and align training with business needs.
Attend client and Operations meetings to understand evolving skill requirements.
Coordinate with Operations and staff to resolve training-related concerns and logistics.
Administer regular needs assessments to identify areas requiring targeted development.
Evaluation, Improvement & Support
Develop in-house training interventions based on identified gaps.
Administer and evaluate assessments and feedback tools to measure training effectiveness.
Use data to refine training methods, instructional design, and overall delivery.
Monitor post-training performance with managers and department heads.
Contribute to a positive operational climate and support additional training-related duties as needed.
The Perfect Match
Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training and/or facilitation.
Preferred background in IT Service Delivery, Information Technology, or Customer Service environments.
Intermediate technical proficiency with the ability to understand and translate technical concepts.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365), Active Directory (AD), and basic networking concepts is a strong plus.
Strong presentation and instructional design skills; familiarity with design tools, screen recording apps (e.g., Loom), and interactive tutorial platforms (e.g., Iorad) is preferred but not required.
