Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of bookkeeping or invoicing experience, preferably with Australian businesses

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Experience with NetSuite or ConnectWise is an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organised with the ability to work independently

  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Your Impact Starts Here

Invoice Creation and Data Entry

  • Generate invoices according to client requirements and details.

  • Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Input data into the company's invoicing system.

  • Verify customer information as needed.

  • Updating notes in the system as required.

Team Communication

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing discrepancies.

  • Provide clear and timely explanations of invoice charges.

  • Resolve billing issues and disputes efficiently with other team departments.

Administration

  • Maintenance of workflow in Invoicing System.

  • Supporting the sales and operations teams with billing information.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to invoicing and accounting.
