Ideal Candidate Profile

Your Professional Profile (Experience)

• 3 years of related experience in Product listing

• Experience in tech e-commerce product listing and website content management.

• Experience working with different Content Management Systems (CMS), including legacy/older platforms.

• Understanding of e-commerce best practices, product categorization, and SEO/search tags.

• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

• Proficiency in photo editing tools (Photoshop, GIMP, or similar).

• Excellent written English and editing skills.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to QA own work.

• Creative flair for product presentation and graphic design.

• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and research skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Your Impact Starts Here

Product Listing Management

• Maintain, add, edit, and update product listings across multiple categories.

• Gather and verify accurate product information using SKU or manufacturer part numbers.

• Conduct quality assurance (QA) to ensure listings are accurate, error-free, and compliant with trademark and copyright requirements.

• Assign correct brands, categories, filters, tags, and specifications to optimize product discoverability.

• Manage and update product categories to ensure site-wide consistency.

Content & Image Management

• Edit and enhance product images to align with brand and website standards.

• Ensure content presentation is visually appealing and customer-friendly.

• Support the website with static content updates, such as banners, deal setups, and sale pages.

Website Optimization & Support

• Assist with basic HTML/CSS adjustments and provide mock-ups for layout improvements.

• Proactively suggest enhancements to website usability, product presentation, and customer experience.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.

• Perform other website-related tasks as assigned.
