As a Website Support Specialist,

you will be responsible for the handling quick-turnaround website updates and fixes for our portfolio of 900+ dental practice websites.

Ideal Candidate Profile

What you'll bring (Experience)

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for making targeted edits

• Comfortable navigating CMS Admin panels

• Image editing basics (cropping, resizing, optimization)

• Ability to work through a Jira ticket queue efficiently

About You (Soft Skills)

• Strong task execution – complete tickets accurately

• Clear communication when clarification is needed

• Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive work

• Self-directed with minimal supervision

• Patient with detail-oriented client requests

Your Impact Starts Here

Website Updates & Visual Enhancements

• Update and replace website images, videos, logos, and gallery content (homepage banners, staff photos, office tours, media assets)

• Apply layout and styling adjustments, including text alignment, font consistency, spacing, buttons, and mobile responsiveness

Navigation, Links & User Experience Maintenance

• Update site navigation menus, dropdowns, buttons, and hyperlinks

• Identify and fix broken links and internal navigation issues

• Manage visibility of header elements such as phone numbers and call-to-action buttons

Content, Widgets & Integrations Management

• Update minor website content including contact information and staff bios

• Add, configure, and troubleshoot third-party widgets and integrations (Google Reviews, NexHealth, Google Maps, payment and financial tools)
