Ideal Candidate Profile
At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience; experience handling Australian accounts is a plus
Proficient in Xero with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong background in Accounts Receivable, including client agreements and customer relationship management, Accounts Payables, Bank Reconciliation and other data entry support
Knowledge of Purchase Order (PO) processes; experience in IT-related companies is a plus
Proficient and confident in using Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with ticket management systems (e.g., ConnectWise) is an advantage
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s or College degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related course
Willing to work full-time onsite (with opportunity to transition to Hybrid after few months) in BGC, Taguig on a Day Shift (AU time)

Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process supplier and client invoices, manage accounts and portals, record COD receipts, allocate payments, and perform reconciliations
Monitor credit terms, follow up on outstanding balances, and support credit checks, forecasting, and reporting
Bank Reconciliation & Financial Records
Reconcile bank transactions using Xero, investigate discrepancies, prepare reconciliation reports, and maintain the General Ledger
Ensure all financial documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed
Reporting, Systems & Administration
Provide basic cash flow visibility, support financial reporting, and handle data entry and system updates (Xero, ConnectWise)
Maintain process documentation, support internal tickets, communicate with clients and suppliers, and assist the Accounts Manager as needed
