Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
Basic knowledge of PC hardware and computer peripherals
Experience in customer support, pre-sales, or similar sales-related roles (preferably in retail or technology products)
Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales platforms
Ability to manage inquiries across multiple online channels (social media, marketplaces, websites)
Knowledge or experience in sending payment links (Pay-by-Link) and handling online transactions
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Sales-driven with ability to convert leads into sales
Customer-focused with strong rapport-building skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced online sales environment
Your Daily Tasks
Respond to customer inquiries across social media, marketplaces, and the website in a timely, helpful, and professional manner
Provide clear and accurate product recommendations and basic technical guidance on PC hardware, components, and accessories
Help customers make the right buying decisions by explaining product features, benefits, and compatibility in an easy-to-understand way
Handle pre-sales support, nurture leads, address customer concerns, and actively drive conversion to meet sales targets
Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and buying intent
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover, follow-ups, and customer updates
Support end-to-end transaction processing, including sending Pay-by-Link payment options and assisting customers with online payments
Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
Stay updated on the latest PC hardware products, promotions, and industry trends to improve customer engagement and sales performance
