Ideal Candidate Profile
Profile in Sales
Basic knowledge of PC hardware and computer peripherals
Experience in customer support, pre-sales, or similar sales-related roles (preferably in retail or technology products)
Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales platforms
Ability to manage inquiries across multiple online channels (social media, marketplaces, websites)
Knowledge or experience in sending payment links (Pay-by-Link) and handling online transactions
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, sales-oriented approach
Ability to identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Ability to engage customers effectively and build trust throughout the buying journey
Your Daily Tasks
Sales Engagement & Conversion
Respond to customer inquiries across social media, marketplaces, and the website.
Provide product recommendations and technical guidance (PC hardware, accessories).
Assist customers in purchasing decisions by explaining features, benefits, and compatibility.
Manage pre-sales and sales activities, nurture leads, address concerns, and drive conversions.
Effectively convert qualified leads into sales and contribute to revenue targets.
Lead Qualification & Sales Coordination
Assess customer needs to qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and follow-ups.
Support transaction completion, including sending payment links (Pay-by-Link) and assisting with online payments.
Sales Operations & Enablement
Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
Stay updated on products, promotions, and industry trends to strengthen sales conversations.
