Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

• 3 years of experience in any Billing position

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, pivot table, and data analysis tools.

• Strong aptitude to analyze financial data and identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities.

• Experience in Salesforce and Teoco. Ability to track and interpret data.

• Understanding of invoices, billing cycles, proration, one-time charges, credit and recurring charges.

• Basic knowledge in telecommunications

• Willing to work fully onsite Alabang, Nightshift Manila time (US time zone)

Inventory & Pricing Management

• Work Netex cases by analyzing and resolving financial discrepancies, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and expense allocation.

• Navigate Salesforce to track and interpret data within Netex cases, identifying saving opportunities and financial impacts.

• Review invoices to validate monthly recurring rate changes, identify errors, and understand proper application of proration, one-time charges, credits, and recurring billing frequencies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company policies and SOX standards.

• Examine contracts to understand terms, rates, and other pertinent information, ensuring record accuracy and compliance with agreements.

• Utilize Excel spreadsheets to analyze financial data, track variances, and generate reports for informed decision-making.
