Network Support Engineer
You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.
Ideal Technical Profile
More than 3+ years of required experience as a Network Support Engineer or similar technical support role
Proficient in configuring and analyzing network monitoring tools to ensure optimal network performance and uptime.
Strong understanding of NetFlow, sFlow, and other flow-based network traffic analysis protocols for diagnosing performance issues and identifying trends.
Troubleshooting issues identified through network monitoring, such as latency, packet loss, or bottlenecks and recommending practical solutions.
Knowledge of threshold-based and anomaly-based alerting techniques to proactively address network performance issue.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Provide helpful, accurate, and friendly technical support to Auvik customers by chat, email, web, phone, and other channels as required.
Help customers by clearly identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding them through corrective steps.
Assess and document suggestions for new or improved product funtionality, based on customer feedback.
Document new or updated support information in knowledge base articles.
Work to keep customer churn to zero by providing consistent outstanding customer.
