The Ideal Candidate
What You'll Bring (Experience)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management.
Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of driving results.
Proficient in creating clear and concise process documentation.
Preferably holds a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field, IT preferably.
Willing to work ON-SITE NIGHT in our ALABANG site.

Your Daily Tasks
People & Performance Management
Lead, coach, and motivate your team to perform at their best
Monitor staff performance, quality, and efficiency
Manage attendance and ensure KPIs are consistently met
Provide regular feedback — both positive and constructive
Handle onboarding and training for new Philippines-based staff
Review and support staff development through coaching sessions
Maintain strong client relationships and performance alignment
Communicate regularly with clients to ensure expectations are met
Coordinate with AU managers and TGT departments for issue resolution
Ensure end-of-shift procedures are completed smoothly
Handle other operational tasks as assigned
Administration, Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit weekly or monthly activity reports
Download and submit KPI reports to the TGT Operations Manager
Maintain complete records for performance management, disciplinary actions, and timekeeping and attendance
