What You'll Bring (Experience)
3+ years in inside sales or sales support, preferably for IT products
Able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
Strong time management, multitasking skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Delivers excellent customer service with attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Results-driven with awareness of pricing, margins, and revenue impact

Your Impact Starts Here
Provide sales support to Australian corporate customers (new and existing) for laptops, desktops, printers, accessories, and networking equipment.
Handle customer calls and inquiries, prepare quotes, and send required documents promptly.
Manage end-to-end order processing, including:
Preparation of quotations and purchase orders
Tracking order status, ETAs, delays, and issues
Keep customers updated on order progress and delivery.
Monitor sales emails and phone lines with the team to spot potential opportunities.
Create, maintain, and update customer agreements and contracts.
Conduct price bidding and supplier negotiations to maximize value.
Coordinate with Accounts, Purchasing, Warranty, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Manage customer subscription renewals and provide budget reporting.
Generate and maintain daily and weekly sales and operational reports.
Perform other tasks assigned by your supervisor to support team success.
