As an Inside Sales Representative, work with our AU Partners:
Manage leads, calls, and orders with precision while driving revenue and customer satisfaction in a supportive team serving Australian clients in the IT hardware retail and distribution industry.
What You'll Bring (Experience)
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in inside sales, sales support, or lead generation, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets
Prior experience selling or supporting IT products will be highly regarded
Proficient in Excel/Word; SAP or similar tools an advantage.
Highly detail-oriented, vigilant, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.

Generate and follow up on leads, both warm and cold, to drive sales opportunities.
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and ensure order accuracy from start to finish.
Track order progress, monitor ETAs, delays, and communicate updates to customers promptly.
Coordinate with Accounts, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.
Maintain contracts, subscription renewals, and detailed sales records to support revenue tracking and reporting.
Monitor sales emails and customer inquiries, providing quick and accurate responses.
Perform administrative tasks while keeping a sharp eye on details, ensuring nothing is missed.
