Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
2–3 years’ experience in sales support, order processing, or admin roles—IT products a plus
Strong attention to detail and a vigilant mindset to keep everything accurate
Able to work independently and in a team to hit targets efficiently
Excellent time management and organizational skills; proficient in Word & Excel
Experience with SAP or order management tools is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Problem-solver with analytical skills to resolve customer or order issues quickly
Driven to deliver results and support revenue growth

Your Impact Starts Here
Prepare and issue quotations, processing them into accurate and timely sales orders.
Monitor orders from processing to delivery, ensuring correct product fulfillment.
Support the sales team using SAP or other order management tools.
Follow up with customers and inside sales to confirm quotations, clarify requirements, and track order progress.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records through consistent data entry.
Assist the sales team with routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with Accounts, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics for seamless order fulfillment.
Support subscription or contract renewals and report on upcoming renewals.
Generate and maintain daily/weekly sales and operational reports for management.
Respond to customer inquiries with timely updates and solutions.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the sales manager or supervisor.
