Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
3+ years’ experience in appointment setting, prospect list management, and sales administration, preferably supporting Australian markets
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks while consistently meeting targets
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport with prospects
Experience using CRM tools to manage leads, activities, and reporting
Background in cyber assessment promotions or technical sales is an advantage
Comfortable following a sales playbook, tracking KPIs, and maintaining accurate reports
Goal-driven and self-motivated, motivated by targets and performance-based incentives
Able to attend weekly sales meetings and collaborate effectively with the team
Professional, reliable, and proactive, with a strong “can-do” attitude

Make outbound calls to engage prospects, spark interest, and qualify leads
Follow up on inbound leads and endorse only high-quality prospects to sales
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments with decision-makers
Prepare prospects through research, briefing, and pre-meeting materials
Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and prospect lists
Perform timely follow-ups to maximize show-up rates and engagement
Represent the company professionally in all calls and communications
Meet daily call targets (minimum 80 calls/day) using approved scripts
Attend sales meetings and collaborate with the team to hit targets
