Your Impact Starts Here
Design & Build Automation: Develop event‑driven scripts, micro‑services, and jobs (e.g., Python/PowerShell/Go/Node) to automate provisioning, configuration management, patching, backups, and reporting.
Systems Integration (API‑First):
Design and implement REST/GraphQL integrations across SaaS, on‑prem, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure/M365 Graph, identity/IAM, EDR, RMM, PSA/ticketing, CMDB).
Build reusable integration layers, SDKs, and webhooks; manage authentication flows (OAuth2, client credentials, signed tokens) and rate‑limit/backoff strategies.
Define and maintain API contracts, versioning, and schema validation to ensure backward compatibility.
AI Agents & Orchestration:
Build task‑oriented AI agents that operate within clear guardrails to help automate internal processes and based on departmental requirements.
Create dashboards and monitoring agents based on Sales and Account Management metrics.
Orchestrate multi‑agent workflows (planner/worker patterns), memory/state management, and human‑in‑the‑loop reviews.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Author and maintain declarative templates (e.g., Bicep/Terraform/Ansible) for repeatable environment creation and configuration drift control.
Observability & Reliability: Add telemetry, logging, and metrics; define SLO/SLA for automations/agents; build health checks, circuit breakers, and self‑healing routines.
Security by Design: Apply least privilege, secret management (Key Vault/Secrets Manager), secure coding practices; collaborate with Security for threat modeling, dependency hygiene, and auditability.
Documentation & Enablement: Produce runbooks, ADRs (Architecture Decision Records), code comments, and integration/agent playbooks; mentor engineers and partner with Operations on adoption.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Project, Service Desk, and Account teams to capture requirements, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly.
