Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

  • At least 2–3 years of solid experience as a Technical Recruiter for IT roles

  • Strong technical aptitude in IT roles such as Helpdesk, Desktop, and Server support

  • Ability to understand, explain, and assess IT job requirements

  • Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques

  • Experience working as an IT Helpdesk (preferred)

  • Strong time management skills and proficiency in Word and Excel

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Outstanding problem-solving, analytical thinking, and research abilities

  • Willing to work fully onsite BGC, Dayshift

Your Impact Starts Here

Recruitment

  • Work closely with clients and the recruitment team to build strong relationships and fully understand IT recruitment requirements

  • Conduct technical interviews for all IT positions across different campaigns

  • Ensure candidate quality by thoroughly assessing technical experience and capabilities

  • Provide detailed feedback on technical interviews, including recommendations and profile summaries for clients or partners

  • Create, update, and maintain technical assessments (both print and online), ensuring relevance to current technology trends

  • Facilitate and review technical assessments

  • Review applications from various posting channels for technical roles

  • Collaborate with the HR Recruitment team to improve the quality of IT candidates during sourcing and increase technical interview pass rates

  • Conduct new hire onboarding

IT / Operations

  • Support the Operations team in client communications regarding technical concerns

  • Assist in addressing client technical inquiries

  • Coordinate with the Desktop Support team for deployment, network connections, and system setup.

  • Conduct operations onboarding for new hires

  • Participate in technical training for staff

  • Perform other technical tasks as assigned by the supervisor
