Role overview

The goal of this role is to become a product expert and use that expertise to ensure customers succeed with the product.

You will support both clients and internal teams by applying product knowledge to solve problems, design workflows, and improve how the product is used and understood. Everything in this role is grounded in helping customers get real value from the system.

As a small, product-led company, this role involves wearing multiple hats, but all responsibilities stem from strong product understanding.

What you’ll do

• Become a Product expert and understand how it applies to client workflows

• Provide day-to-day product support and resolve issues end-to-end

• Own client onboarding and initial setup, ensuring a smooth start

• Configure solutions and guide best practices

• Create guides, videos, and knowledge base content

• Identify improvements, including automation and better product usage

• Work with product/engineering on improvements

• Join occasional client calls or demos when needed

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with SaaS products in a hands-on role

• Strong ability to understand systems, workflows, and business requirements

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to figure things out independently

• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

• Comfortable explaining product concepts to clients

• Experience in at least two of: product support, onboarding, implementation, customer success
