As Sales and Admin Coordinator, work with our AU Partners:
Support sales, quoting, and client retention by managing customer communications, CRM data, and admin tasks for residential and small business energy clients, primarily supporting Australian accounts.
Ideal Sales Profile
More than 3+ years relevant experience in sales support, sales coordination, administrative support, or a client-facing role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM Tools (Zoho is preferred) or relevant tools
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Confident and professional communication skills (written and verbal English)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with Australian, US, or international clients
Preferrable experience in utilities, energy, telecommunications, or service-based industries
AMENABLE TO WORK ONSITE: Eastwood, Quezon City; AU Dayshift schedule

Sales & Client Support
Manage residential and small business energy renewals (12-month retention cycle)
Support quoting, renewals, and retention for residential and small business clients
Communicate with existing customers via email and phone (no cold calling)
Follow up on bill requests, quotes, and customer responses
Quoting, CRM & Data Management
Generate and manage energy quotations via the online portal
Track quote progress and customer decisions
Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and reminders in Zoho CRM
Track contract start and end dates and manage 12-month renewal cycles
Record all customer interactions and update CRM data in a timely manner
Administrative & Operational Support
Monitor inboxes and inbound leads to ensure prompt follow-up
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational data with high accuracy
Support internal teams with administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Will also be deployed on other duties supporting the main business cross-checking and looking at data & reporting
