As a Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Specialist...
You'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy, timely, and compliant administration of employee compensation and benefits by managing payroll-related and government-mandated benefits, including HMO administration, maintaining HR records and systems, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HMO administration and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), including compliance, remittances, audits, and issue resolution.
Proven experience in end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Strong ability to maintain and manage employee records with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable navigating HRIS, payroll, and employee data systems.
Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and employee relations best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Willing to work night shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM) at the Alabang site

Ensure accurate and timely payroll-related benefits processing such as loans, additional contributions and salary increment implementation
Handle all aspects of government-mandated benefits, from monthly contributions and remittances to maternity/sickness filings and loan certifications.
Coordinate with insurance providers, HMOs, vendors, and government agencies.
Validate government-mandated ID numbers through official online portals.
Monitor and ensure submission of BIR Form 2316 for new hires
Manage the HRIS by updating, adding, and maintaining employee records.
Conduct nightshift schedule of Newly Hires Orientation
Handle COE requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Create and maintain Personnel Data Records (PDRs) for employee movements, including transfers, promotions, and other status changes.
Handles employees’ concerns related to HMO, government-mandated benefits, and other compensation and benefits queries.
Assist with finance and payroll activities, including ad-hoc tasks, reconciliations, and reporting, as required
