Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits, credits, and chart of accounts
Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, DEXT, or similar; exposure to Australian accounts preferred
Proficient in Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables)

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing
Assist with bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations
Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and client summaries
Process invoices, receipts, and expense documentation accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with the Australian team to ensure timely and accurate data entry
Assist with payroll processing, BAS submissions, and TPAR reporting as required
Provide general finance and administrative support to the team
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment through respectful and supportive teamwork
