Your Profile in Customer Service
What You'll Bring
Has at least 2–3 years of customer or technical support experience
Can handle basic support tasks (e.g., password resets)
General skill in the use of MS Office and other standard software applications required for the role
Amenable to work full on-site in BGC (shifting schedule)
Amenable to start ASAP
About You
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivity when dealing with others
Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone; speaks clearly and explains things simply
Organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing time
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS
Customer Support
Answer phone calls politely and professionally
Help clients with basic questions or requests, such as checking ticket updates or resetting passwords
Monitoring service ticket progress and escalating tickets as required
Make sure communication with clients and vendors is smooth and positive
Welcome and support visitors (virtually) and direct their inquiries to the right team
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and help coordinate meetings
Organize emails and help keep daily office tasks on track
Keep records, contact lists, and files updated and organized
Support the team with general administrative tasks
