Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer of technical support role in BPO industry

• Experience handling in Australian account is a plus!

• Basic PC knowledge and support skills (e.g., password resets); sales experience is an advantage.

• Strong communication, comprehension, and customer-focused interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and standard software tools.

• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Must be available for full on-site work in BGC with a shifting schedule.

Your Daily Tasks

• Provide professional, empathetic, and timely support to customers across different channels

• Handle inquiries, process orders/requests, and resolve complaints effectively

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

• Work closely with colleagues and share feedback to improve service processes

• Lead and support a team of junior customer service representatives

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction and service quality
