Your Profile in Customer Service

  • Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone

  • Speaks clearly and explains things simply

  • Friendly, polite, and professional attitude

  • Can handle basic support tasks (like password resets)

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing time

  • Good with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Willing to learn and grow in a team environment

  • Amenable to work fully onsite in our BGC office (AU Dayshift)

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS

What you’ll Do:

  • To provide a high level of support on warranty claims and processes to suppliers through phone and email inquiries and online warranty claims

  • To liaise with suppliers for return authorization, as well as following up claims to seek resolutions

  • To provide up-to-date information to Aftersales team on customer warranty claim status

  • To follow up customer concerns and demands to the Suppliers, if there is a further dispute, will need to escalate appropriate warranty team leader or manager as necessary

  • Perform other regular day to day warranty processes
