Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
At least 2–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.
Proven experience handling AU, NZ, or UK accounts.
Strong background in sales operations, including inbound and outbound calls, upselling, and cross-selling.
Experience in customer coordination, job scheduling, and sales support activities.
Comfortable using multiple tools/systems simultaneously during live customer interactions.
Willing to work fully onsite in BGC on a day shift aligned with AU hours.

Convert inbound and online price or schedule enquiries into confirmed sales bookings, delighting both new and returning customers.
Upsell additional products and services to maximize the value of every customer interaction.
Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring no enquiry goes unanswered.
Manage job scheduling and logistics for Australian operations, collaborating closely with the Operations Capacity (Logistics) Team and Territory Operations Manager.
Act as the bridge between our Philippine Business Centre and the Newcastle Hub in Australia, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution.
Handle service enquiries efficiently, providing support that goes above and beyond expectations.
