Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role.

• Proven experience handling AU, NZ, or UK accounts.

• Strong background in sales operations, including inbound and outbound calls, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Experience in customer coordination, job scheduling, and sales support activities.

• Comfortable using multiple tools/systems simultaneously during live customer interactions.

• Willing to work fully onsite in BGC on a day shift aligned with AU hours.

Your Impact Starts Here

• Convert inbound and online price or schedule enquiries into confirmed sales bookings, delighting both new and returning customers.

• Upsell additional products and services to maximize the value of every customer interaction.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring no enquiry goes unanswered.

• Manage job scheduling and logistics for Australian operations, collaborating closely with the Operations Capacity (Logistics) Team and Territory Operations Manager.

• Act as the bridge between our Philippine Business Centre and the Newcastle Hub in Australia, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution.

• Handle service enquiries efficiently, providing support that goes above and beyond expectations.
