As a Marketing Officer, you’ll help drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives that attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels. From digital campaigns to creative content, you’ll play a key role in showcasing our culture, opportunities, and employee experience.

What You’ll Do
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding
• Drive recruitment marketing initiatives that attract top talent for the company
• Strengthen TGT’s employer brand across digital and offline platforms
• Support hiring campaigns through creative and targeted marketing efforts
• Help position TGT as an employer of choice in the industry
Creative Content & Digital Campaigns
• Create engaging recruitment content including videos, graphics, social media materials, and campaign assets
• Produce content that highlights company culture, employee stories, and career opportunities
• Support social media campaigns, job advertisements, and career fair promotions
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop fresh and engaging ideas
Campaign Management & Analytics
• Monitor campaign performance and recruitment marketing metrics
• Analyze engagement, applications, and sourcing effectiveness
• Recommend improvements to increase reach and candidate engagement
• Assist in optimizing recruitment platforms and digital channels
Collaboration & Engagement
• Work closely with HR, hiring teams, and creatives to support hiring goals
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors when needed
• Help ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout campaigns
Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
3+ years experience in marketing, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or digital marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong background in digital campaigns, content creation, and data analysis
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and engagement initiatives
Familiarity with campaign analytics and performance tracking
Experience collaborating with HR, hiring managers, and creative teams
Willing to work fully onsite in BGC, Dayshift
