Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
3+ years experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong background in digital campaigns, content creation, and data analysis
Experience with recruitment marketing tools and multi-channel campaigns
Skilled in campaign tracking, reporting, and performance optimization
Experience collaborating with HR, hiring managers, and creative teams
Willing to work fully onsite in BGC, Dayshift

Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies
Strengthen employer brand across digital and offline channels
Design targeted campaigns for different candidate segments
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance
Campaign Execution
Manage social media, job boards, and career fair campaigns
Create engaging content showcasing company culture and values
Optimize careers website and recruitment platforms
Continuously improve outreach and engagement strategies
Collaboration
Work closely with HR, Studio, and hiring teams
Coordinate with media partners and vendors
Present performance reports and insights to stakeholders
Ensure seamless candidate communication and experience
Reporting & Analytics
Track, analyze, and report recruitment marketing KPIs (applications, source effectiveness, conversion rates, cost per hire)
Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards for HR and leadership teams
Present insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign ROI
Monitor employer branding metrics across social media and job platforms
Analyze candidate journey data to optimize engagement and conversion
Identify trends, gaps, and underperforming channels, and recommend improvements
Ensure accuracy and integrity of recruitment marketing data across platforms
