Ideal Technical Profile

• At least 5 years of experience working on complex telecommunications or network-related projects

• Experience using tools such as M6, Salesforce, and TEOCO

• Experience working with telecom ordering systems and multiple vendors (including CLECs and ILECs)

• Good understanding of the telecommunications service lifecycle, from order and design through billing

• Knowledge of network technologies such as SONET, DS3/DS1, Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks, Wavelength, IP, Ethernet, and Live Media networks

• Experience in Access Planning, Capacity Planning, Circuit Design, and Billing Reconciliation

• Ability to perform cost/benefit analysis and create ad hoc reports when needed

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high-volume workloads efficiently

• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently

• Able to handle confidential information responsibly

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

• Identify network related expenses that can be reduced or eliminated in addition to access planning and complete project management of circuit grooming projects.

• Work with and project manage internal groups including ISP, OSP, Engineering, Accounts Payable, NCC, Grooms Technicians, Site Tech’s, and Service Delivery Coordinators, as well as work through their processes to push project through to completion.

• Take lead of internal and external teams and may be a lead or POC for projects.

• Work with customer-related contacts to coordinate projects and see them through to completion while maintaining a positive customer relationship.

• Vendor billing reconciliation and dispute identification.
