As an Audit Specialist...

You'll be responsible for bank reconciliations, GL analysis, regulatory compliance (BIR and PEZA), audit support, and ensuring accurate financial recording. 

We're looking for YOU!

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and/or Finance-related degree

• At least 1 year relevant experience in Auditing process, preferably in a BPO set-up

• Experience in an accounting software is highly desireable

• Knowledge of BIR regulations and PEZA compliance is an advantage 

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills 

• Experience in GL analysis and preparation of account schedules

• Proficient in MS Excel 

• Knowledge of Philippine tax and statutory compliance 

• Amenable to work fully onsite in our BGC office in a Day Shift schedule

• Perform bank reconciliation of all TGT bank accounts 

• Analyse General Ledger (GL) accounts and prepare necessary schedules and supporting analysis 

• Review accounting entries (particularly bill entries) ensuring completeness, accuracy, and BIR compliance 

• Ensure compliance with tax requirements based on TGT’s Certificate of Registration (COR) 

• Monitor and ensure timely remittance of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.) and provide GL for reconciliation of books over schedule of payroll team. 

• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents for external audits and regulatory examinations 

• Assist in conducting internal audits of financial statements, operational processes, and compliance activities 

• Maintain and monitor the Fixed Assets Schedule, ensuring PEZA compliance 

• Ensure compliance with TGT’s BIR compliance with Invoices (Loose leaf/ e-invoicing) 

• Safeguard confidentiality of financial and company information
