Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
3+ years experience in lead generation and appointment setting
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative
Familiarity with VoIP tools for daily communication
Strong communication skills and ability to engage decision-makers
Experience managing outbound calls and high-volume outreach
High school diploma required; degree is a plus
Willing to work onsite in BGC (Day Shift)

Sales Development & Client Engagement
Generate, qualify, and manage leads through research, outreach, and cold calling
Engage prospects with clear, persuasive, and professional communication, handling objections effectively
Manage multiple sales activities in a fast-paced environment and identify growth opportunities within freight forwarding and logistics
Sales Administration & Systems Management
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and client information using the Call Tracker, Outlook, and internal systems
Manage and update the Sales Quote Register regularly
Compliance, Safety & Internal Controls
Exercise due diligence in all safety-related matters, adhering to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines and Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements
Take proactive steps to minimize risks and injuries
Ensure adherence to company policies, standard processes, and internal control requirements, reporting deviations as needed
