What You'll Bring
Great communications skills - verbal and written
Well versed in MS Office application (especially in MS Excel) & General computer literacy
Resourceful - willing to tap into resources online (forums, groups, etc) to get results
At least 1 year of experience in secretarial, administrative assistant role or equivalent
Willing to work fully onsite Alabang, Muntinlupa (AU Dayshift)

Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in all tasks

Preparing and editing documents
Data Entry and Updating of records
Managing communications and relationships with subcontractors, identifying discrepancies, and conducting monthly follow-ups on outstanding items.
Handling incoming correspondence (emails), prioritising urgent matters, and responding appropriately.
Coordinating, preparing, and finalising Annual Essential Safety Measure Reports (AESMR) across multiple properties, including liaising with clients and third parties to gather required documentation.
Providing administrative support to onshore staff as needed.
Using Work Platform to generate reports, quotes and job task reviews
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Assisting the Service Support Team with administrative tasks as capacity allows
