Ideal Manager Profile
5+ years combined experience in FP&A, general accounting, corporate finance, or related roles mainly from a service industry.
At least 5+ years of experience in any ERP System (Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and financial modeling tools is a must.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting (Master’s or CPA/CFA required)
Experience from any BPO industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Flexible in handling shifting schedules.
Willing to work fully onsite Alabang (Day Shift)

Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic and operational objectives
Develop and maintain long-term financial forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives
Work closely with department leaders to gather financial inputs and ensure budget accuracy
Financial Analysis & Performance Monitoring
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate company performance against budgets, forecasts, and historical data
Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to management
Analyze variances in revenue, costs, and profitability, providing insights on underlying drivers
Financial Modeling & Business Insights
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning, business forecasting, and investment evaluation
Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions, including expansion plans, operational improvements, and cost optimization
Reporting & Executive Communication
Prepare and present monthly financial reports and management dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders
Deliver clear and concise presentations summarizing financial performance, insights, and strategic recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with operations, sales, HR, and other business units to evaluate business performance and financial impact of initiatives
Support the leadership team in evaluating investment opportunities, cost initiatives, and business cases
Process Improvement & Financial Controls
Identify opportunities to improve financial planning processes, reporting systems, and forecasting accuracy.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial reports and systems.
