What You'll Bring (Experience)
1-3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or a similar role
Strong communication skills with good comprehension and ability to follow instruction
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Basic problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations team.
Prepare and maintain operational documents such as meeting minutes, reports, and trackers.
Monitor and update operational trackers including attendance, open items, and action logs.
Track employee attendance and assist in communicating staff availability updates when required.
Assist in compiling operational reports and data for management review.
Support the coordination of operational activities and internal requests across departments.
Maintain organized records of operational documentation and reports.
Assist with inventory tracking and coordination of operational requirements.
Help monitor compliance with operational procedures and quality standards.
Escalate operational issues or discrepancies to the Operations Officer or Manager
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and company information.
Assist users in following system protocols related to data accuracy and security.
Coordinate with IT or internal teams for operational system support when needed.
