Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
At least 3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, administrative, or client-facing roles
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM tools (Zoho CRM is a plus)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English skills
A proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Customer-focused, with experience supporting residential or small business clients
Background in utilities, energy, telecommunications, or service-based industries is an advantage
Willing to work onsite in Eastwood on a day-shift schedule

Sales & Client Support
Manage residential and small business energy renewals, ensuring a smooth 12-month retention cycle
Support quoting, renewals, and client retention through timely and accurate coordination
Build strong client relationships through professional email and phone communication (no cold calling)
Proactively follow up on bill requests, quotes, and customer inquiries
Quoting, CRM & Data Management
Generate and manage energy quotations using the online portal
Track quote progress and support clients through decision-making
Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and reminders in Zoho CRM
Monitor contract timelines and ensure timely renewals
Keep all customer interactions and CRM data updated and organized
Administrative & Operational Support
Monitor shared inboxes and inbound leads, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational data with a high level of accuracy
Support internal teams with coordination and administrative tasks
Assist in data validation, cross-checking, and reporting to support business operations
