• Experience in a client-focused IT technical support role

• Experience with an MSP preferred · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, being able to interact with end-users effectively

• Ability to work independently, yet part of a collaborative team

• Strong organizational and time management skills · Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Your Qualifications

• Project Management certificate would be an asset

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in IT project management, including all aspects of process development and execution

• Follow project best practices, policies, procedures, and processes

• Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)

• Knowledge of infrastructure and business applications support and development

• Professional certification – including PMP/PRINCE

• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in all tasks

• Excellent time management; proficient in Word and Excel

• Able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Your Impact Starts Here

• Manage medium to large sized projects, as assigned, within scope, schedule,

budget and quality

• Maintain focus on project outcomes and business realization

• Ensure stakeholder communications are adequate and timely

• Cooperate with IT Leads and Managers to maintain satisfactory standards and resourcing

• Establish project timelines, milestones and deliverables using the appropriate tools

• Track and monitor all project milestones and deliverables

• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path

• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within and between various project teams

• Effectively manage project teams’ time and allocate resources to ensure deliverables are completed

• Where required, negotiate with department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company

• Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendation report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

• Protect organization’s ‘Character’ by keeping internal and external information confidential
