Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
2–4 years of experience in Sales Administration, Business Support, or Channel Operations.
Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Experience coordinating across multiple teams or departments.
Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or project management platforms (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work night shifts to support international team
Willing to work fully onsite in BGC, Taguig.

Sales Team Support
Assist with documentation of sales activities, client meetings. account adjustments, and internal updates.
Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and task tracking for sales initiatives.
Support reporting needs by maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
Channel Operations Assistance
Help manage channel-related support tickets (seat holds, cancellations, offboarding).
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal channel processes.
Monitor operational requests and escalate issues when necessary.
Internal Communication
Draft and distribute internal updates, reminders, and coordination notes for the sales team.
Ensure communications are clear, timely, and aligned with internal priorities.
Cross Department Coordination
Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and channel related projects.
Track project deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups to keep initiatives on schedule.
