1 year of experience or exposure to HR activities, employee engagement, events coordination, or administrative support
Personable, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with employees at all levels
Willing to be trained and open to learning new HR processes and engagement initiatives
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to work collaboratively with different teams and support company activities and events
Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable in completing assigned tasks
Willing to work fully onsite BGC and MDC, Eastwood Dayshift (AU)

Design and implement an employee engagement strategy that cultivates a positive, open and innovative culture
Coordinate and manage employee -focused meetings and events
Establish standardized procedures, track outcomes and identify areas of opportunity for future events/activities
Promote culture initiatives and volunteerism
