What You'll Bring (Experience)

• 7+ years of experience in web design and development, preferably e-commerce and advertising

• Strong expertise in UI/UX design and user-centered digital experiences

• Proven experience building websites from scratch and leading web/special projects

• Proficient in HTML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, and CSS3

• Experience with non-drag-and-drop CMS platforms

• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent tools

• Strong understanding of web standards, responsive design, and UI/UX principles

• Strong quality assurance skills for web outputs

Website Design & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web pages using HTML and CSS

• Create wireframes and mockups to present design concepts to stakeholders

• Build and redesign web pages focused on conversion, engagement, and sales performance

• Ensure consistency in layout, typography, branding, and overall site design

UI/UX & Optimization

• Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX across all devices and browsers

• Regularly review and audit the website to fix errors, inconsistencies, and outdated content

• Recommend and implement improvements in usability, design, and performance

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align designs with campaigns and customer journeys

Content & Campaign Support

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns (promotions, surveys, competitions)

• Create high-converting landing pages for campaigns and product launches

• Work with marketing and product teams to ensure strong product presentation and consistency

Testing & Maintenance

• Test website features for performance and compatibility across browsers and devices

• Manage daily website updates and maintenance for accuracy and functionality

• Provide creative and technical input for ongoing e-commerce improvements

• Create wireframes and mockups to present design concepts to stakeholders

• Build and redesign web pages focused on conversion, engagement, and sales performance

• Ensure consistency in layout, typography, branding, and overall site design
