As a Senior Systems Engineer...

You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.

Ideal Technical Profile

• 5+ years of required experience as a Senior Systems Engineer or similar technical support role

• Exceptional technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Intermediate and above experience with Azure and and AWS platform management

• Intermediate and above experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server, Terminal services, Microsoft 365, VMWare, ESXi, Hyper-V, Citrix

• Experience in backup technologies such as Veeam, ShadowProtect, AvePoin

• Solid networking knowledge and experience: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wireless) + scripting skills (e.g. Shell scripts, PowerShell) would be an advantage

• Exposure to multi-tenancy/hosting environments

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions

• Address issues and service requests that relates to all technology, from workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor specific hardware, and software

• Additional general administration tasks

Monitoring and Management of System Alerts

• Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
