As a Network Support Engineer...
You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.
Ideal Technical Profile
2+ years of IT support experience or relevant technical training (NOC/MSP background preferred)
Monitor systems using RMM/NOC tools (Auvik, Datto, Autotask, Huntress, SentinelOne, etc.)
Respond to alerts, perform initial diagnostics, and escalate issues when needed
Conduct basic troubleshooting for servers, networks, and cloud services
Support network issues (firewalls, switches, access points, connectivity)
Ensure backups run successfully and investigate any failures
Perform routine maintenance, patching, and firmware updates
Document actions clearly within ticketing systems
Work closely with Engineering and Helpdesk teams on escalations
Understand basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and Windows/Microsoft 365 environments
Willing to work onsite in Eastwood and be open to shifting/on-call schedules
Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus but not required

Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions
Address issues and service requests that relates to all technology, from workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor specific hardware, and software
Additional general administration tasks
Monitoring and Management of System Alerts
Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
