Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1–2 years of HR recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO/shared services environment
Experience supporting volume hiring (sourcing, paper and phone screening, interview coordination)
Exposure to HR admin tasks: 201 files, onboarding, employee records
Experience assisting in handling employee inquiries
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS/ATS experience is a plus
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle confidential information
Willing to work fully onsite in BGC, Taguig - Dayshift (AU)

Recruitment Functions
Help ensure an effective recruitment process by assisting and supporting the sourcing and recruitment initiatives and activities.
Assists in screening of candidates for selected roles
Conduct phone screening with qualified candidates
Schedule interviews for POCs/facilitate initial to client interviews for selected positions
Communicates with the candidates to ensure updates are provided in a timely manner.
Assist in conducting job offers, onboarding and collection of pre-employment requirements.
Reference and Background checks for applicable potential employees
HR and Recruitment status reporting
Assist on general HR and recruitment process
HR Admin, Compensation and Benefits, Engagement
Assist in 201 File records management
Release of HMO IDs, certificates, other similar HR documents to employees
Assist employees in general all HR and recruitment-related inquiries
Onboarding & Offboarding administrative tasks: creation of final documents issuance, assist with clearance process.
Answer general queries on company benefits
Update Employee database and ensuring accuracy of information.
