Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment (BPO/shared services is a plus)
Experience in volume hiring (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
Exposure to HR admin tasks such as 201 files, onboarding, and employee records
Experience handling basic employee inquiries
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/ATS is an advantage
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with confidential information
Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig on a dayshift (AU) schedule

Recruitment Functions
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and hiring initiatives
Assist in screening candidates for selected roles
Conduct phone screenings with qualified applicants
Schedule interviews and coordinate initial client interviews
Provide timely updates and communication to candidates
Assist in job offers, onboarding, and collection of pre-employment requirements
Support reference and background checks for potential hires
Prepare HR and recruitment status reports
Provide general support across recruitment processes
HR Admin, Compensation and Benefits, Engagement
Assist in maintaining and organizing 201 files
Release HMO IDs, certificates, and other HR documents
Respond to general HR and recruitment-related inquiries from employees
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and clearance assistance
Handle basic queries regarding company benefits
Update and maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
