Senior Proposal Specialist...
You are responsible for producing high‑quality, accurate, and compelling written proposals that support VITG’s sales and client engagement activities. This role translates commercial, technical, and service inputs into clear, structured, and professional proposal documents that align with client requirements, VITG standards, and governance expectations.
Ideal Technical Profile
· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in handling enterprise-level proposals, tender responses, and coordinating and managing geographically dispersed teams (in the same timezone).
· Experience with Australian procurements, including government tenders
· Experience with RFP/RFI processes and compliance requirements
· Strong understanding of IT solutions (e.g., software development, cloud, infrastructure, SaaS)
· Strong written and verbal skills (English)
· Strong understanding of procurement practices and developing sales pitches
Good to Have
· Exposure to MSP environments or multi-client service delivery.
· Experience in facilitating Win Theme/Value Proposition workshops
· Writing Executive Summaries with Sales input.
· Experience with Ariba and other RFP platforms..

Technical Support & Client Communication
Provides proposal development and documentation support across sales and client engagement activities:
1. Proposal Development & Writing
o Draft, edit, and finalise proposals, statements of work, and related client documentation.
o Translate inputs from Sales, Principal Consultants, and Service teams into clear written content.
o Ensure proposals are structured logically, written professionally, and tailored to client requirements.
o Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and messaging across all proposal materials.
o Assist in the development of Value Propositions, storytelling and pitches.
2. Stakeholder Coordination
o Work closely with Sales to understand proposal objectives, scope, and submission timelines.
o Liaise with Principal Consultants and technical teams to accurately capture solution descriptions and assumptions.
o Coordinate inputs from Service Delivery and Operations where required.
o Manage review cycles and feedback consolidation to ensure timely completion.
3. Proposal Governance & Quality Control
o Ensure all proposals comply with VITG standards, templates, and approval requirements.
o Validate that inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, and dependencies are clearly documented.
o Ensure proposal content aligns with the approved scope and internal sign‑off prior to submission.
o Submit the proposal to the client by the deadline, through the respective portal or delivery method.
4. Content Management & Continuous Improvement
o Maintain and improve proposal templates, boilerplate content, and standard responses.
o Capture lessons learned from submitted proposals to improve future quality and efficiency.
o Support continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, and workflows.
o Contribute to the development of a consistent proposal library and knowledge base.
5. Compliance & Documentation
o Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of client and internal information.
o Adhere to internal governance, document management, and compliance requirements.
o Support auditability by maintaining clear documentation and submission records.
