As an L2 IT Support Engineer, work with our MSP Partners:
Work with a supportive team solving tech issues for clients in the US, UK, and NZ. Learn, grow, and gain real-world experience in a fast-moving Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Technical Profile
3+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role.
Proficient in Active Directory, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, AutoTask/ConnectWise, Fortinet Firewalls, and Windows Server Administration.
Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
Excellent written and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions: Address issues and service requests that relates to all workstations, servers, networks, devices, software, and general administration tasks
System Monitoring: Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
