TGT Referral Program Mechanics
Terms & Conditions | Internal Referral Campaign
I. Objective
Our Special Referral Program rewards TGT employees with incentives to help TGT Global attract, hire, and retain the best talents throughout the year 2026.
This initiative runs for the entire year of 2026, giving employees continuous opportunities to support recruitment and be rewarded for successful referrals.
II. Definitions
- Referrer: TGT Employee who refer a candidate to TGT Global
- Referee: The person who has been refer to TGT Global.
III. Who Can Refer a Candidate?
You're eligible to refer if you are a:
- Active TGT employee supporting partner clients
- Member of the TGT internal support team excluding Human Resources – Recruitment or the department hiring manager of the role.
IV. Who Cannot Refer a Candidate?
- Inactive or Non-employees of TGT.
- Member of the HR Recruitment Team or the department hiring manager of the role.
V. Non-Eligible Candidates
You won’t receive a referral bonus if your referral is:
- Duplicate referral
- Someone who applied to TGT within the last 6 months via JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, or any other job or official TGT social media portal platforms
- A current or recent contractor, temporary staff (OJT), or consultant
- A service provider who worked with TGT in the last 6 months
- For a role not covered by the TGT Internal Referral Campaign
VI. Successful Referral Incentive
Incentive programs primarily involve paying a referral fee to the referrer, rewarding them promptly upon a successful placement.
Each successful referral who accepts and starts with TGT Global earns the referrer Php 5,000.
Incentive is credited on the 5th of the following month after the referral’s official start date.
- The referred candidate must complete the hiring process and formally join TGT Global.
- Both the referred candidate and the referrer must be active employees at the time of payout. Otherwise, the incentive is forfeited.
VII. Referral Process
This is the workflow for referral registration:
The referrer will visit online MS form and submit referee’s information and select the open position they think the referral will be a good suit for. QR code to access the forms will be shared via email, vouchers and posters around the office.
- Referrer: Employee ID, Full Name, Email Address.
- Referral: Full Name, Email Address
- Submissions must include all required details accurately as stated above.
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or late submissions will be considered invalid and will not qualify for referral incentives
Email will be sent to the three parties involved to take the next steps;
Will receive an email informing them that they have been referred for a position for them to consider by the Referrer. There will be a link in the email to the job application.
- When completing the job application, the referred candidate must choose “REFERRAL” as their answer to “How did you hear about TGT Global?” and indicate the referrer’s name and employee ID.
- This information must exactly match the details submitted by the referrer (Employee ID, Full Name).
- If the candidate fails to input the correct referrer details, or if the information does not match the official submission, the referral will be considered invalid and the incentive will be forfeited.
- HR will validate the referral source against the original submission form (MS Forms) before confirming eligibility.
- This ensures that both sides (referrer and referral) are aligned and prevents errors or disputes.
Will receive an email confirming that their referral has been submitted and email has been sent to the referee.
Raffle Eligibility Promotion
From May 25 – July 24, 2026, employees who successfully refer a candidate will receive raffle tickets in addition to the standard referral rewards.
- Raffle tickets are awarded only for referrals made between May 25 – July 24, 2026.
- Employees must comply with all existing referral program eligibility rules.
An additional raffle will be drawn among employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired.
- To qualify, employees must have a minimum of 2 hired referrals.
- Employees must comply with all existing referral program eligibility rules.
